Over the last several months I've done a lot of patchwork with my scraps. I made several potholders when we were at the beach, which I gave as gifts and sold at a friend's store. I had a lot of blocks left over, along with the insulated batting, so I pulled it all out this week. I'm sure I was inspired to get back to work by Erin's beautiful potholders. Some of them are for our own Christmas gifts. I'm putting several up for sale here just in case you need some handmade love in your Christmas gifting and don't have the time or energy or embarrassingly large scrap stash for making your own.
I'm trying to stick to a few color themes, which is hard because I want to go all over the place. Here's what's available for sale so far. Each colorway set will have items with the same or very similar prints (some of these fabrics are very limited in quantity), but will not be identical. I will also be making more potholders like the ones I showed in my beach post above.
backed in natural. 4 available in this colorway.
backed in natural. 2 available with gnomes. Can make more, or use Heather Ross goldfish, dogs, vans, bikes or mushrooms as the center block.
backed in green. 2 available with the green leaf center block. 4 available with similar prints.
backed in green. 2 available.
backed in natural. 4 available, but not all have the top green/blue print.
backed in pink. 4 available.
All of the potholders have insulated batting and are quilted in a circular style that reminds me of the coils on the oven at the beach. I'm selling them for $14 each or 2 for $25. If you'd like them with a coordinating dishtowel for an extra $8 then just let me know. I am also happy to do special orders. Shipping will be $2.50 for one or two. If you order more, then I'll let you know the exact cost. These will be on presale here on the blog until Monday, and then I'll put them all in an online shop. If you'd like to purchase, then send me an email at greenclogs (at) gmail.com and I'll take care of it for you. I hope you like them as much as I do!
Love them Sarah! Such a great gift idea.

Super cute! They remind me of the new Stitch Magazine zakka feature. I know I owe you a phone call, but the shop has been keeping me so busy. I'll try tomorrow when I get a minute....if I get a minute. Now, I rest.
